Rachel’s background is best described as being a ‘360’; she started in fitness and nutrition, transitioned into the ‘9-to-5’ desk life, and reverted back to exercise and wellbeing. Rachel’s fascination with movement, recovery and endurance has taken many forms in her career, including running a successful Rosemery Conley franchise, qualifying as a Pilates instructor, completing foundation lymphatic drainage workshop, vagus nerve course and advanced functional health mentoring program.
With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Rachel has almost done it all, not only professionally but also personally. She has cycled Lands’ End to John O’ Groats, completed Ironman triathlons and consumed her fair share of jelly babies during the same!
Philosophy on exercise and well being
Rachel’s philosophy is simple; the body is designed to move. No matter what age and ability, people consistently underestimate the power and capabilities of the human body. Rachel’s main focus when training client’s is to ensure every client feels confident with their bodies. Rachel’s teaching style is calm and focused.
