Josh Griffiths
Personal Trainer
Background
Josh has always been around the world of sports from a young age, having a background in football since the age of 6, because of this and his passion for self improvement led him to begin studying about health and fitness.
Whilst studying sport performance in college, Josh learned how beneficial exercise and good nutrition can benefit not only athletes but people from all walks of life. This has led to him pursuing a career in personal training, in order to help people like you become their best selves.
Josh has experience in private and semi-private personal training sessions as well as group exercise classes, with his training style being very adaptable as he has the understanding that training isn’t a one size fits all model, enabling him to get a good understanding of your needs.
Philosophy on exercise and well being
Through his own personal experiences, Josh is a firm believer that exercise and proper nutrition plays a major role in not only physical health but mental and emotional well-being too. This is because he believes that staying consistent with a gym routine and diet plan will lead to habits and behaviours developing that will be beneficial in all areas of life such as self- discipline.
To Josh, exercise is so much more than just lifting as much weight as you possible. The gym should be a place people come to put the work in place to live a better, longer life.
