FuncFit

FuncFit is a small group class for everyone, incorporating many elements to improve overall fitness, core strength, and mobility.

Our focus at SW Fitness is the client, we understand that everyone has their own ability in fitness and that’s why we offer classes suited to all fitness levels and needs.

£8.00 per class, for Starter, Intermediate and Advanced classes.

Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Style Yoga Classes are often fast-paced and rhythmical, connecting breath with movement, with a strong emphasis on alignment. This style of Yoga focuses on transitions and movements, with less time spent in stationary poses.

There are many benefits to Yoga for everyone at any ability and age, which are amazing for everyone.  Enhanced core strength, improved mobility and increased lung capacity are just a few of the physical benefits, but with Yoga comes many other emotional and mental benefits including improved sleep, increased focus and calming the mind & reduced stress.

Pilates

Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening muscles, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, it emphasizes core strength, targeting the abdominals, lower back, hips, and glutes. Exercises are performed on a mat using precise movements and mindful breathing.

Pilates can be offered in various formats, such as group mat classes, which provide a guided workout suitable for all fitness levels. For a more tailored experience, one-to-one chair Pilates sessions are available, focusing on individualised exercises. Private Pilates sessions provide a personalised approach that address specific needs, fitness goals, or rehabilitation requirements, ensuring a customised and effective practice.
