Stephen began his working life as a junior chef in a gastropub up north, he quickly progressed to head chef or a Michelin star restaurant.
Always focused on progressing he moved front of house to the role of assistant manager, promoted to General Manager and on to Group Operations Director of a small Boutique Hotel brand.
Being an absolute fitness crazy, he transitioned over to the Personal Training / Fitness industry and established SW Fitness.

Stephen adopts a different approach to training compared to most, through personal experience he knows that empowering the mind will enable the body to push harder and achieve so much more.
