Following her own personal journey with Pilates to heal an injury she decided to put her teaching skills to use in a different way and is training to become a BASI Pilates Instructor.
Philosophy on exercise and wellbeing
Emma’s philosophy on fitness revolves around passion, compassion, and excellence, drawing inspiration from Joseph Pilates’ belief that Pilates embodies the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit.
Understanding the pivotal role of the spinal column in overall vitality, she embraces Pilates as a holistic approach to exercise and wellbeing.
