Philosophy
I have always used a holistic approach to meet clients` and previous patients health and rehabilitative requirements. This is critical in empowering people to maximise and regain their human potential and in doing so improve Quality of Life.
I believe it is important that all age groups are given this opportunity as everyone has aspirations irrespective of their individual circumstances.
My training/experiences in health and rehabilitation over the years position me to facilitate positive change in my and the teams` clients. This is enhanced by the combined environment of therapy and studio rooms to deliver therapy/training programmes.
In this post pandemic era such work is becoming critical in supporting people’s physical and mental well being and I with the team around me are part of that process.
