What is SW Fitness Meal Prep
Our Meal Prep service has been developed to simply make life easier and healthier, whether you don’t like cooking, struggling for food ideas or simply just want variety, our meals will be the perfect answer to resolving these problems, yet at the same time being healthy, low fat and precisely macro (proteins, carbs, and fats) calculated meals that taste amazing.
SW Meal Prep is here to help you achieve amazing results through nutritionally balanced meals which have produced using the finest ingredients, never compromising on quality & taste but always balanced to support you on your personal health & lifestyle journey.
Whether you are looking to reduce fat and lean up, gain muscle while managing weight or wanting to gain serious mass we have the meal plan that will compliment your training.
Dietary Requirements
As we are new setup business, we are still in the development stages around logistics and menu variations therefore we may struggle at first with specific dietary requirements, however if you do have any then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

As stated in the dietary requirements we are at developments stages and will try and accommodate your needs, however, should you have any of the following allergens it is a legal requirement to make us aware so we can ensure there is no risk of possible contamination.

Our meals plans are structured in such a way to make life easier when it comes to 3 main prep meals and one prep snack, however we do not provide the highlighted meals per package as these meals are easy for you to add as an additional item if you so wish.

We have four meal prep options to choose from, these have been specifically designed to ensure you achieve the desired nutritional objective which will work alongside your fitness program. Or you can simply order one of the options to make your life a lot easier and save a huge amount of time and wasted food.
Option 1 – Accelerated Fat Reduction & Lean-Up

Designed for the person who wishes to strip fat / access weight quickly yet at the same time gain some lean muscle to help ensure a strong structure with good overall fitness. Option 2 – Muscle Gains & Lean-Up

How To Order
We suggest a chat with one of the team to discuss which option would best suit your needs, SW can calculate what calories and macro breakdown you should be eating daily, which compliments your activity level and personal fitness objectives.
If you simply want a meal or two on certain days, then mark down on the menu how many you would like of each item.
We prepare meals Sunday for Monday and Tuesday, Prepare Tuesday for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Therefore, we will need your order and payment by Thursday the week prior to pick up.
Collection
Monday & Tuesday Meals – available Sunday evening until 8pm and Monday morning first thing
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Meals – available Tuesday evening until 8pm and Wednesday morning thing
