Background

Lewis was born in Aberdeen, growing up in such a beautiful location ensured he grew a passion for health and fitness, achieving qualifications in media production, personal training and geography.

“For as long as I can remember I’ve been passionate about fitness – I started taking training seriously around 16 and soon after that I started playing rugby, football and outdoor pursuits. Along side these activities I also joined the local gym and began resistance and functional training to help ensure my health was at the best condition I could achieve at such a young age”

Philosophy on exercise and well being

Some of the things that Lewis loves about training is the focus of assuring constant progression, not only personally but for the people around him too. Training inspires him in bringing others that share a similar interest in fitness and like minded people together.

It keeps him motivated in everyday life and is a strong believer that it Is good for the mind as well as the body.
He is passionate about being at one with the body in understanding it’s functions and strives on resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Diverse Trainers Level 3 diploma in Personal training
  • Diverse Trainers Level 2 diploma in Fitness Instructing
